The Civil Industry Induction programme provides exactly that — a comprehensive, practical introduction to civil construction that prepares workers to operate safely from day one.
This induction programme goes beyond the standard site-specific induction. In United Arab Emirates, Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) / Dubai Municipality requires that all workers receive site-specific and general industry induction before commencing work. Under Federal Law No. 8 of 1980 (Labour Law) / UAE OSH System, failure to induct workers is a primary liability for employers and can result in fines of up to AED 1,000,000. OSHAD / Dubai Municipality approved provider recognises industry induction as foundational to worker competency.
